You need to score more than 165 marks in JEE to get ECE branch in NIT Durgapur and around 155 marks to get IIEST Shibpur.

It would be better if you could share what does extra talent means for you but for any IT service based company like TCS, Infosys, WIPRO look for basic programming skills ( preferably C,C++,JAVA) , proper learning attitude and interest in programming.
