You need to score around 95 marks in JEE Main to get CSE branch in your home state quota and around 60 marks to get ECE in your home state quota under ST category.

Both are mostly equal branches & there is a little difference such as Communication Engineering is more preferable than Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering as it has a broader scope. 

Electronics and communication engineering deals with the details of the electronics sector and the communication sector.
