While Electronical Engineering is related with telecommunications engineering, control engineering, instrumentation engineering, computer engineering and Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) design engineering.

In my opinion ECE engineer have plethora of fields to apply for, some of them are

Core electronic field - where you deal with hardware design/manufacturing/quality assurance. And companies like Huwaei, Nvidia, AT&T are some of reputed companies in this field.
Core telecom field - where you work as technical

You can check the Udemy site to learn new things on it related to your interest.

While you do ECE you can start with online courses to study at your own pace.

What is difference between B.E. ECE and B.Tech ECE? Does Taking B.Tech ECE reduces my placement opportunity.?

There is nothing like that there is no difference in the placements according to B.E and B.Tech degree. There's no 'real' difference between these two degrees.
B.Tech course is somewhat more practically intensive than the BE course which is more theoretical. The difference (which is quite minor) between the two
