Electronics and communications engineering is one of the vast and rapid growing field of engineering.The fact that scope of ECE in India is not high with respect to corporate jobs is quite acceptable as compared to other branches like CS and IT but it will have good scope in future.

BARC, ISRO,BEL...These have their own entrance exams..So they may not claim for GATE score.
