see barc and isro has option for students who donot qualify in gate. so you can separately apply for it. also there is some companies like vizag steel, tata steel, has separate exam options with out gate.
so dont get demotivated, see it is difficult to get good score in gate if you dont have confidence and if you lack hard works. I suggest you to apply for other exam also rather than only depends on gate score.

Though after diploma students go for BE as they seem it to be more enduring, but as you wish to pursue Bsc. It is completely possible to do Bsc in electronics in Bangalore colleges. It is possible to get admission in B.Sc. Bsc courses are offered in any degree college. If you want to take admission in B.Sc you can go any degree college and get admission directly.
