You have perform quite well in Wbjee exams and I think you can get a seat both in ECE at Kalyani Government Engineering College and power Engineering at Jadavpur University.
Other than this you can try for some other departments at Jadavpur University also. There are other Government Engineering

Since you want to take admission in M.E power eelctronics and Drives department in Anaa University then if you are from the home state applying for the admission then it would be good decent score of 40-50 out of 100 and if outside the home state then 50-55

I see that you are confused between power electronics and power systems in mtech. Considering both i would say that power electronics is slightly, just slightly tough than the power systems. But if you are serious about mtech then you should go for power electronics, as there are new researches
