Hello Saddam
As you have mentioned Power Electronics so you must have scored in EE(not mentioned by you). You have also tagged IIT for your Mtech.
As you have not mentioned Category, so considering General then your rank will be around 1500-2000 as this time paper was bit easy.
So, i don't think you can get into any IIT's for Power Electronics.
Hello Chandbasha. With this score you may not only get NITs but also you might get a chance to study power electronics and power systems in IIT Bombay. As per previous years cutoffs the general cutoff score for the course power electronics and power systems was 510 (for general category) in IIT Bombay.
You may also be eligible for the below mentioned NITs as per previous years cutoff.

Hello Manoj
Day by day thousands of crores of Rupees is invested in Power plant production. Everytime we hear that one new power plant is going to open.
So, according to me in coming days or at present also it has huge value. For btech i think only 7-8 colleges offer this course but after btech from EE you can do Mtech also in this field.
Coming to the present scenario you can get many jobs also in various fields :
Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution,
In Electronics Industries
Software Industries
Process Industries and Steel Plants
In Power Electronics Industries
Career as Power Electronics, Circuits and Systems Developer.
In AC/ DC drive Industries,
Railways.
So, yes it is a great choice if done properly.
