I am currently a student of Power Engineering Dept. of Jadavpur University. The course curriculum of the dept. is vast and has topics related to Electrical and Mechanical Engg. Working of Electrical Machines , Fluid Mechanics, working of shafts, turbines, cams,boilers,utulisation , transmission of electricity from power plants, power economics
Uptill I know you might get a stipend of INR 12k nearly talking about the fees I don't have proper knowledge it may be about 20k yearly for more accurate knowledge you can visit the official website..

Power is the combination of base number and exponent.In other words we can say that the product of continuous multiplication of same base number is called power whereas exponent represents the number of times the base number is to be multiplied together.

Hey dear Jadavpur university is one of top university in WB and it has great reputation for placements ,staff and exposure. As far as power engineering is concerned it’s good branch but has not sharp scope as Mechanical Engineering or IT or Cse anyday
