Such applicants must finish their internship by March 31 of the admissions year.

Yeah! if you want to do MSc in Endocrinology after BHMS then you can obviously go for the course. The eligibility requirements are provided below:
The student must have an M.B.B.S or any other related degree.
They should have passed their bachelor’s without having any backlogs.
