I think Deogiri Aurangabad is one that is preferrable with the score/percentage that you got because surely you would get top course of it and hence if you exel in that branch then you can have good career and can get settled easily in life but you must study carefully.

Hi narendar, I think you will pay fee to the college that you got seat in.If you got seat in any other college through any other TSEAMCET counselling and you want to join there then you will surely get refunde this is policy.What is the 7000 refund are you asking about I didn't understand.

You cannot get colleges anymore as the TS EAMCET counselling has finished. The TS EAMCET counselling procedures had started from the 24th of June. The last round of counselling was the spot round, which had started on the 6th of August and ended on the 10th of August. 

I would suggest you to go for other colleges or try again in the next year.
