Dear aspirant, all the branches have same subjects in first year. The syllabus varies with the university you are studying in. Usually the subjects are maths, physics, chemistry, manufacturing science and technology, basics of computers and programming language, engineering design, electrical and electronics, and some humanity subjects like english.

Sinhgad academic of engineering is preferrable than sinhgad school of engineering because of its establishment and their faculty experience and also as I see ratings of the three that you have mentioned Sinhgad academic of engineering is best both in education and infrastructure.

Dear aspirant, you can definitely sit in the jee mains exam and if you get a good rank then you can surely get a good governmental institution. Just show that you are a dropper and prepared for the exam without any coaching. You will surely get admission in the institute of your choice.

No you may not be allowed if there exist some help center near you you can aproach it or try if there is some online request or not by asking management of your college they may if no way is possible then you have to wait for next year or nest exam in it.

See the GATE qualified candidates have the opportunity of direct admission but they have to just do the registration for the counselling which will take place in the 4th week of August maybe after the correction window for PGCET aspirant is closed. yes you have fair chances in rvr and jc college of engineering according to previous years closing rank.

however every year cutoff and closing rank slightly differs as it depends on number of candidates are participating on it, questions difficulty level , seat matrix etc.
