Government Polytechnic Mumbai has 10 branches and the cutoffs for all the branches are different. You can find the cutoffs of Diploma Programs on the official site of DTE.

You got decent enough marks to get engineering college. With your rank, you cannot get government college or admission some top private institutes. You can get admission in some of the mildly or un-rated college.
