Not only after round you cannot change the choices after locking option.

So the entrance exam to get admission in polytechnic uttarakhand is JEEP( joint engineering examination polytechnic). In 2018 , 35% marks in JEEP was required to be eligible to attend counselling  . The cutoff ranks differed for different categories . 

General: 5000

OBC : 10000- 20000

SC/ST :

I guess IIIT Bangalore and IIIT Hyderabad are going to take admission considering the rank of the students .For IIIT Bangalore ,the cutoff will be around 8500 rank and for IIIT Hyderabad ,the cutoff will be around 1000-1200 .
