Dear Aspirant,
You can't get admission directly into engineering without appearing for any entrance exam. You have to appear at least in the state or in the JEE mains exams to get a seat of engineering into a college.

Congrats for your 1103 rank in apece , this rank is quite satisfactory and you are able to get into any of the government university in andhrapradesh very easily,
getting into govt collge with these rank is not difficult..
