That is very easy after taking time till 5 june, you need to make or provide a real proof or the original certificate of OBC-NCL from your sdo office and then upload its photo to iit advance site where you have your profile .I hope it helped

See, it is not possible for you to get any NIT in other state with your rank. 

Home state will be a great help for you. For example, if your home state is west Bengal, then you can get NIT Durgapur biotech department.
