With a rank of around 4,000 in obc category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the NIT's, although not the top ones. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability

Hello aspirant,
As far as I know Bangalore is known as hub of engineer workers.There are more job and education opportunities then anywhere else.
Hubli is good place for achieving graduation but I consider Bangalore for more chances of experience and placements.
Rest you can easily compare both colleges.
