I have got 94.6in mains paper 2 and 14k rank in open category and 4k rank in obc category where do i get seat

With a rank of around 4,000 in obc category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the NIT's, although not the top ones. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
