We understand your concern. Generally, most councilings which provide web option schemes do have a limit to how many colleges which you can select. It is on the basis of your priority. Dear aspirant, during the counselling it is compulsory to fill atleast four college of your choice in order to take admission.Later it is completely upto you if you want to take admission or notbut for online registration you have to fill the choice.

t's very disheartening on my part to inform you that you might be ineligible for colleges in DCECE because the cutoff for general and obc candidates is 600 and 480 and therefore it's absolutely impossible to get a college with 16234 rank in any category regardless.

You may go to the reporting centre and follow the procedure for refund of fees 

OR

There is no need to go anywhere. The money which you submitted will be  refunded automatically within a month. But some of the money will be deducted and the rest of the money will be transferred to your account.

Yes, the EWS reservation makes it necessary for the colleges to increase their seats, and not take away from the general or any other category for that matter. 
The government had said that the reservation of EWS of general category will be given without tampering the existing reservation quotas for SC, ST and OBCs people.
