 PEC CSE Branch is definitely a good choice.

Firstly, PEC is a decent college in terms of doing your Bachelor's degree. It has a good campus with all the facilities required.

Now comming to the placements, I will be discussing about the placements​ after Btech only, as people from various branches go to do higher studies Ms, MBA also.

The placements depends on the branch you are studying in. For instance, the Computer Science branch has an average package between 9–10 lacks but for other branches such as Electrical, Mechanical and Civil the average package is lower.

I think that great you may go to college and I hope you do well in this. Now come to your question for college admission you may take document like 10th and 12th mark sheet with TC certificate, migration and character certificated and may other documents which they required and then they verified your document. After that, they asked you for the registration fee and may ask for Institute fee and you may get the admission and they also help to step by step which you may follow.

If you want to take admission in Nalanda engineering college then you have to apply for BCECE (BIHAR COMBINED ENTRANCE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION).

Qualifying for  obc, sc, and st is 40% to 45% that is  you have to score atleast 500 marks ouf of 1200.

hello venkat,Candidate who are not allotted any seat after the second round or have withdrawn from counselling at any stage during first or second round will get full refund of the fees. Total fees after deducing Rs.1500 towards counselling charge will be refunded in to the account which was mentioned during registration for CSAB 2019 Special Round.

Your fee will be refunded as soon as counselling procedure for second round is completed. So you don't have to worry about these things and your money will definitely be refunded. So forget about this and check your bank account after one week.

Although your rank seems to be decent but I feel sorry to inform you that based on your rank in obc category it is very difficult for you to get a seat in second round in csab. So if you were to take my opinion then I would suggest you to keep looking for other options and don't fully depend csab 2nd round.

Mains exam is a subjective answer writing exam. So it doesnt have negative marking in its real sense. However, if you answer incorrectly or just Stated whimsical facts,there are chances of being marked for less.
