Dear candidate,

According to the official notification, Bihar UGEAC Merit List 2019 for Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling will be announced today i.e. on 29th July 2019. The UGEAC Counselling Result 2019 will be published in the form of a Bihar Engineering Merit List which will contain names of the candidates selected for admission. The merit list will be published online on the official website bceceb.bihar.gov.in. 

The Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) 2019 Merit List will be published in the form of a list, which will contain list of applicants that have been shortlisted to participate in the counselling process. After the declaration of merit list, the BCECEB Board will also announce the detailed counselling schedule for all the rounds soon. Based on the merit position of the candidates in Bihar UGEAC Merit List 2019, candidates will be called in for counselling process and offered admission to B.Tech./BE courses offered at 38 State Engineering Universities and Exalt College of Engineering and Technology (Private), Vaishali, Bihar.

 The online registration process for UGEAC had begun on July 15 for JEE main qualified candidates. According to the official notification announced earlier, the UGEAC Merit List was to be published on 23rd July 2019, however, due to some issues, the same was delayed and now will be published today.

Please note that once you fill your choice for any counselling for the second round, the first round seats are passed on to a candidate who has scored a rank below yours.If you are lucky and the seats have not been allotted yet, you can try for the same college again.Best of luck!

Congratulations and yes , there are fair chances that you get Government Medical College(GMC) Ratlam.

I'm sharing the 2018 cutoff of various GMCs below and their :

2. MGM, Indore                   721 to 5,602

6. SSMC, Rewa                    6,941 to 15,403

7. GMC, Ratlam                   8,217 to 23,380

8. GMC, Vidisha                   7,912 to 21,106

9. GMC, Khandwa-               16,361 to 24,398

As you can see, GMC Ratlam gave admissions upto rank 23,380.So there are fair chances this year too for you to get GMC Ratlam.

If you meant to ask about the Engineering course fee reimbursement, it is true that once you avail the fee reimbursement you will get the fee reimbursement every year. You need to submit  necessary documents every year for renewal. So that every year you will get the Fee reimbursement. In case if you fail to do that you have to pay the whole amount.

Yes you might get GMC RATLAM with 22000 rank in 2nd round, but still it's not confirmed as the round cutoff keeps on changing but still from previous year analysis i can say you will get in wnd or 3rd round.

Hope you are doing well. Yes you will get the refund of the money though some of the amount would be deducted as the councilling fees and some other miscellaneous charges . Though your question is still incomplete as you did not mention in which councilling you got the allotment. So if you provide complete details it will be more helpful.

Hope you are doing well. Congratulations if you got a seat in special round 1 and if you have freeze the seat then yes you are eligible for participating in the spot round though you have to then leave the seat which you have freezed as at a time you are eligible for only one seat.
