If you have freezed the seat then you can take admission on that seat after the results of the next round as with the aspirant of that round when there admission after allotment begin you can also go and take the admission on the freezed seat you have.

If you have passed your class 12th from PCM background you can get admission through lateral entry and get into 2nd year directly. In which ever branch you want to pursue your polytechnic/Diploma. In private colleges you can get direct admission. If you want government colleges then you need to appear in there entrance exam organised by colleges or university.
