For OC students, Fee reimbursement is applicable for students having EWS certificate. 

Better apply for EWS certificate as soon as possible. If not you need to pay complete tution fees.

Hello aspirant, if you have already submitted the ews form in the online documentation of counseling rounds, you need not to provide the certificate again in the second round. But make sure to keep a hard copy of your certificate available with photocopy to avoid any misconvinience.

I would suggest that you should choose your course over the college. GMRIT has good infrastructure though it's studies and placements are average. At the end, it is you who has to study yourself. If you like the branch, you will feel like studying and you could score well.
