Try to get in hand experience of Cloud Computing by Cloud Practitioner certificate.
AWShas three levels of certification. There’s the foundational level, the associate level and professional level certification.

Because it was you filled the choices, the order of the choices reflects the order of your priority for the seats. You should have filled the choices orderly to avoid this type of situation.

Established in the year 2006, The campus has been developing ever since and their progress can be seen once you visit the campus.They have strict rules not only for students but for themselves also. Exams are alternate days and if the course isn't complete they will postpone it.
They don't have much placement info for Btech branches available

A proper developed college with good faculty and facility. At any time i'd say you should choose this college over ANU as it has good placement data and trust me you won't be dissapointed.

First of all you must mention your rank but it's ok... No worries. The chances for getting a seat in round 2 are very less. If you have filled maximum choices with maximum number of branches then your chances would increase. Also, there are very less seats available after round 1 so it would be better to leave it to your luck.
In first round itself those who have got a seat also avail for the seats in second round. So there are very few possibilities yet we must not loose hope. Don't worry you have much opportunities further.

The CSAB for 2019 has been constituted with Director, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, as its Chairperson as per the Office Memorandum of Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India that is placed at the OFFICE MEMORANDUM Link.
Based on the rank of JEE (main), admissions will also be made to the first year of Engineering/Technology and Architecture/Planning Programs on supernumerary seats in NITs for Union Territories, and in some AICTE approved Institutes for North East and Union Territories (NEUT) through this centralized seat allocation procedure.
As far as I can see on the website, there is no such word called willingness written there.
There is no such option there. If you have not secured a seat in first round then it's really very difficult to get a seat in second round. So, it depends on your luck and the choices filled by you.

There are majority of private colleges in India that doesn't care about your attendance all they need from you is their tuition fees paid regularly with some extra amount to have your attendance in college official records whether you are present in college or not.

The autonomous colleges like Gayatri Vidya Prishad College of Engineering, provides fee reimbursement to approximately 90% of the students every year admitted to college via EAMCET rank.
Most of the students are eligible to get the full fee reimbursement based on their EAMCET Rank.
Also the college does not provide any loan facility to students.

CSAB special round counselling will be held in two rounds. There are the steps to participate in CSAB special round 2019.
Step 1: Online registration & payment of fee.
Step 2: Choice filling and locking.
Step 3: Allotment of seats.
Step 4: Accept/float seats.
Step 5: Reporting and document verification.
