Yeah you can secure definitely if you have some home state quota in northeast state like nit Nagaland nit Manipur etc. Also sitsin your state counselling college.if you havehone more chancecthen go for itijzt try to secure a seat in government institute becoz after 4 yrs you will not regret

It means you are close to closing rank of CSAB.Generally CSAB closing rank is boundary line and you can't expect that this closing rank will be lower down more as this rank is decided by stray seats in NITs or IIITs..

No definitely not there is no difference of fee between the way of getting admission. When a candidate clears an exam at first he get admission through normal round but as soon as counselling progress even after many normal round when sit left then institute or University conduct
