Full fee reimbursement means in case of Engineering the government will pay 35,000 of the total fee. If your rank is below 10k or if you have any reservation quota or scholarship you don't need to pay any fee. We call it as full fee reimbursement.
Your EAMCET rank is not that good enough to get the top colleges and you don't have the reservation too.As per Your Marks and Category you may get seat in the following Colleges.

This is total fees for 3 years.
