But if your rank is good  then you can look for any other College alos in third round. Yes , you can go for spot counselling after third round. Then you can get more better College. Otherwise you can take admission in this College if your rank is not too much good.

I would suggest you to go do B.Tech in Computer Science. Artificial Intelligence as graduation if offered by very few institutes and it is still in a very early phase. AI can be said to be as a subset of CS.  If you're really interested in AI, instead of doing graduation you can do your masters from a top college either in India or abroad.

Please understand the fact that if any institution or university offers an engineering degree course in two separate disciplines namely Electrical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering then only the students who are eligible for the Electrical Engg seats can fill them alone and not the Electrical and Electronics Engg and vice-versa. Thus electrical engineering students can only fill up the electrical Engg seats alone.

Please ask your lawyer to use the stamp paper of proper denomination that has been mentioned and laid out by the authorities conducting the CSAB counseling for making the affidavit. Also, be aware that Rs.100 affidavit can also be used in the case if Rs.50 stamp paper is not available.

The authorities usually mention the stamp paper which is of minimum price but more expensive stamp papers can also be used if the previous is not available.

The rejection chances are based on the documents you are carrying for verification. If you are following the proper format (caste,category etc.) document types for particular counselling as mentioned in their official website (of any college or institutes) with all the other documents (marksheet, tranfer certificate etc.) required then there is no chance at all for rejection.
