Yes, you can learn any programming languages only by learning C or C++. Its all about the concept that you will learn from one language after that you can just compare and learn other languages. There is not a huge difference between any languages the only thing which differs are the syntax of that language. I suggest you learn C and then go for Python as python is the most demanding language that company searches on the CV of students.

It seems that you have qualified the entrance for both engineering and for the medical also. Now you have filled the choices for the engineering in the first round and you want to fill the choices in the karnataka medical counselling. It can be possible but in order toparticipate into the second round of the medical counselling process you need to first register online for the counselling process and then only you will be able to go for the counselling process. If you have not registered online for the medical counselling then you will not be able to participate into the karnataka counselling.

If no seat is allotted to the candidate in the Special Round, the Participation Fee will be refunded back after deducting processing fee of Rs 1,000.But,If a candidate has joined an Institute in NIT + System after allotment from JoSAA, and has participated in the Special Round for upgradation, and no seat is allotted in the Special Round, there will be no refund of fee.

Yes,datta engineering college is good interms of infrastructure but,placements are not that good in this college anyhow if you have better option than this then go for that else this college is best for coputer science.
