Hey there,

It's a very tough decision to make. You are comparing between two domains. The only thing which i can say to you is that its all upon your interest if you were interested in medical for a very long time then go for it and if you are not that sure that you can handle that pressure then opt for engineering. Medical is all about studying for a very long time. As I'm an engineering student i guess medical is tougher than engineering but if you can do it you can go for it. I suggest you to ask seniors of your Medical college they will help you for sure.
