Hello Adhiraj,

No, a student who has received a compartment in Physics is not eligible for Delhi NEET UG counselling until they clear the compartment exam.

NEET UG Eligibility Rules:

  1. You must pass all three core subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in Class 12 .

  2. You must meet the minimum percentage required for NEET (40% for SC/ST/OBC, 50% for General).

  3. If you have a compartment in Physics , you must clear it before NEET counselling to be eligible.

Once you pass the compartment exam, you can participate in NEET UG counselling with your updated marks.

Refund of counselling process is completely non refundable fee. That fees is not going to be back but the fee you are paying for college after first round or second round of councelling is Refunded completely if you cancelled your seat.refund is on basis of the college which you selected the fees of second college of b category Is adjusted and remaining amount is paid back to you.

process of refund is initiated when you cancel your seat allotment of 1st counselling and take admission in another college of b category.
