Different exams have different cutoffs , and as far as i can see , you have nlt mentioned the name of exam , so its petty hard for me to predict the name of exam. I request you to mention the name of exam in comments.

The highest package is around 10.5 lakhs and lowest package is 3 lakhs but the thing to notice is that the average package is also around 3.25

First of all , you have not mentioned the namevof exam which is foremost needed. Also , if i assume the exam  to be AP EAMCET  , then The cutoffs are different for different categories and branches , so just a mere rank is not enough to predict

I hope you are asking for josaa counseling. If you have got any seat in the 2nd round but it is not according to your preference then you can go for the float option. Keep floating till the last round or till you get your preferred choice.
