It's okay dont worry, you do have chance of getting into better college in second counselling but,first accept that seat by submitting your certificates so,thet you wont be ending up in getting into any college.
After getting your desired college they will give back certificates this time dont

You have to wait till the last round of josaa counselling that is seventh round. After this only you may get seat in IIT for prepratory course. You may even not get till last round.
