if you dont do upgradation to  your seats  as in you have to choose freeze float or slide option if not chosen, you ll

Since you have not choosen freeze or float that means you have been withdrawn from the current round and in the next round, you have to fill your choices again and then you will be alloted college according to the new choice preference you have provided.
