There are lot of chances are that your rank should be increses. Due to covid 19 many students nit want to give jee main paper 2. Number of students decrease so chances to improve the rank are more in comparison to January exam if you score more percentile in September

It is difficult to predict category rank but as per previous year figures your category rank will be around 1000-1711.Yes,at this good you have good chance to get into your home state NIT, North east NITs like Agartala, Silchar etc.

see cutoff score varies year to year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, students category, choice of stream, seat matrix etc. you did not mention the category, closing rank is varied category wise, however previous year general category delhi region domicile bba cutoff
