if any student give improvement exam in mathematics can he or she eligible for bitsta ?

Hello,
yes your latest marks will be considered if you have appeared improvement exam. There won't be any issue.
Eligibility critiera for BITSAT is:-
- candidate must have minimum 75% in 12th having physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics.
- in each subject for PCM/B, minimum 60% or more should be secured by the candidate.
- Candidate should have english proficiency.

ma'am I secure 71.8 % in 2020 now I am going to fill improvement exam for 2020 so can I eligible for bitsat 2021

yes if you secure 75% in whole and 60% in individual physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology
