Fee waiver only applies to the candidate of sc,st and pwd category officially and in certain cases income also consider as fee waiver so if your family income is more than 5 lakh then u can't apply for fee waiver.

No one's choice is correct, except yours. I can only suggest you, but at the end,it is you who has to make a choice. JIIT, Noida being in the NCR region you would expect the exposure and placement drive to be better, but, this does not seem to be true
