Yes you can apply,I came to know that leaving two -three subjects all the subjects in both the degrees are same so it doesn't matter if you are doing mtech from cse.
The main goal should be determined that you have clear gate with score for Respective degree.

As per the previous years cutoff you have great chances of getting admission in Heritage and Iem which are top private collegs

But getting CSE would be very tough in these colleges.

You can get CSE branch in Haldia,techno India,etc.

You can check previous years cutoff to get better

Most consistently they are same, because in both the courses leaving two-three subjects hardly,all the other subjects trainings are same.So if you able to make out the best choice in picking the common subjects ready first ,then you are at safe side.
