I understand your problem, follow the steps below to resolve this issue,
If you forgot ur DCET UserID, you can get it where you applied for DCET ie in cyber center
Once you got ur user id, you can change ur password, click on forgot password
Then enter your I'd and application number and then click on upper region where they gave a chance to change password then you enter your date of birth and you will get a otp enter it & enter the security code, you will get a chance to change ur password, select the word which you like as ur password, it should contain 8 digits with atleast one alphabet, one number& (@) submit it then your password will change.

Both show a good history if you see the track record and both are capable to give good placement and if you compare to each other in that case in your place I choose Narsarao Peta Engineering colleges because they give good placement as well as they also get the good package and some good companies also come to the campus.
