If you have appeared 12 in the year 2018 or 2019 then you can appear for jee mains. Even you are studying 12 now then also you can apply for jee mains.
You can check all the details from the jee main office webpage. You have limited attempts too.

As per the information mentioned by you, i can draw out that you'll be completing your graduation in 2020. That means you are in last year of your graduation. I'll recommend you not to join btech now.. Because just doing btech won't help you anyway also investing 4
