Since it is a government college there is no opportunity for direct admission at the institute. 

For Admission to Different Courses Candidate will have to clear the Common Entrance Test (CET Delhi). Admission in UG Courses is based on CETScorecard.

There is no opportunity for getting direct admission you should have to give the common entrance test for getting admission.

I would like to tell you that there is Kapu reservation for Angrau 2019. The reserved seats are 5% for Kapu Reservation. So apply for the counselling and wait for the results. I hope you get your desired branch and college.

Actually Hanish its up to you because MbA and ME are both having their own priorities and they are having thier own pros and cons.But I can suggest MBA to take because it is easy to study when compared to ME and also it is as well to settle.But really it'll be up to you.
