Candidates with M.Sc. or equivalent in Atmospheric Science / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Earth Sciences / Environmental Toxicology / Environmental Science / Meteorology / Microbiology / Physics are also eligible to apply for IIT and NIT through GATE.
For candidates with M.Sc., Mathematics is essential at Higher Secondary/ Intermediate (10+2) level.
Candidates having two years of relevant work experience are exempted from requirement of GATE score, provided their candidature is sponsored by the employer.
Candidate having an B.Tech. Degree from IITs and having a CGPA/CPI score of 8.00 (on 0-10 scale) and above are exempted from requirement of GATE qualification. They may be admitted to M.Tech. Programme under TA/RA positions through written test and/or interview.

You can register your fee refund application on CSAB website from 16 August. In your case since you have not got any seat you will get your fee refunded after deducting a processing fee of ₹1000 from your submitted fees.

thanks for asking your query ,yes open schooling certificate is accepted all over india therefore you could apply engineering in ANDHRA PRADESH or in other countries.You could also take information from the concerning college before taking admission in it.

There are pretty less chances of securing a seat because this year in the decentralized counselling only 197 seats are vacant. And considering the fact only 20 seats are vacant for outside students. But seats can remain vacant in branches like production engineering.

For taking Linguistics Minority In Hindi, The eligibilty is your mother tounge must be HINDI and you must have Hindi as a subject in your school or the school is hindi medium. These are must required eligibilty to take pursue Hindi. Normally Maharastra candidates have marathi as the mother tounge. So if you are satisfying the eligibilty criteria then that is a plus point for you.
