You can go for polytechnic , diploma course in the Branch you want to and then by lateral entry you can complete you b. tech  degree .
If you are asking about filling for jee main sorry to say you cannot, as per eligibility you have to score 75+

see you can not join b.Tech course after completing ITI training. you can get admission in b.tech course after completing three years diploma course in relevant stream, diploma pass students can join b.tech as lateral entry in second year of b.tech course  by clearing  state wise lateral entry exam
