Engineering Colleges in Chennai
Hii arunachalam! You can surely get your seat in SSN college through management quota. All the best!!
Both the streams are different from each other where ECE deals with designing circuits and different electronic components and devices, you need to have a good knowledge of physics to excel in this branch, on the other hand CSE deals with programming these circuits you need to use logic to do programming. You need to evaluate which subjects attracts you more. The placement scenario is some what similar for both. Also it depends upon your knowledge in the subject to get a good package.
Thank you.
Hope it helps
Hello.
Amrita Engineering College accepts students only through their entrance examination AEEE. After the seats are filled with this examination, they consider marks of other examinations.
No, they don't take 36 percentile in JEE Mains as merit. They just fill up the seats with them.
Reply if you have anymore doubts.
All the best!!

HiiiFor SSN Engineering college your son will have to appear in JEE mains exam or TANCET exam to get admission into any course. The admission is not based on 12th class merit but on the entrance exams mentioned above. For the citoff you can check previous year trends but the cutoff can not be predicted as such because it keeps on varying every year based on many factors like difficulty level of paper etc.To know more refer to the following links.https://www.careers360.com/colleges/sri-sivasubramaniya-nadar-college-of-engineering-kalavakkamhttps://engineering.careers360.com/articles/tnea-cutoffThanks!!
