My jee mains percentile is 84.09 and Rank is 182354 and 70.60% in 12th. What are some good colleges i can get for CSE or ECE?

Thanks for asking your query, I can see here that you have performed avg in your mains and 12th which would not help you to get admission in government institutions therefore I would suggest you to also apply in private engineering college because there are certain top colleges which are in national level and provide good placement.
