In first round of counselling you paid the fee to counselling center not the college. After successfully counselling your money will be transfered to the college.

the fee in kkr is lower than the fee in annamacharya institite of technology . but the placements in annamacharya are very good comparitive to the knrr college . the highest pachake of placement in annamacharya is 8.5 lakh . annamacharya college is also accediated by the NAAC B . the knrr is an affiliated college but annamacharya college is autonomous . 

so , on the whole annamacharya institute is preferrable .

To get a free seat in Muffakham Jah Engineering college which is in hyderabad you need to score less than 3000 rank but still you have to pay sum to that college for your application and some other procedure as well.
