Yes, you can take admission in Bharati Vidyapeeth if you have done your 12th from MP board.

According,to the officials the candidate seeking admission should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSC) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC) or any other examination equivalent to 10+2 or HSC examination of any recognized Board/ University from any school /college situated in India.
