This is a federally funded programme that is being implemented by state governments and union territories. The scheme's goal is to give financial assistance to OBC students who are studying at the post-matriculation or post-secondary level in order to help them finish their studies. The income limit for parents and guardians is Rs.1.00 lakh per annum (including self income, if employed). For hostellers, the fees for various Post-Matric Courses range from Rs. 750 per month to Rs. 260 per month. The price range for day scholars is Rs. 350 to Rs. 160. Study tour charges of Rs. 900 per annum (subject to actual expenditure), Thesis typing and printing charges of Rs. 1000 (maximum), Book allowance for correspondence courses of Rs. 900 per annum, and Reader charges for blind students ranging from Rs. 90 to Rs. 175 per annum are also included in the scholarship.

• GE Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship is given to 2nd-year students of the selected engineering colleges which are MIT Manipal, VIT Univerity Vellore, IIT Gandhinagar, BITS Pilani and Tezpur University Assam.

• Cargill Global Scholars Programme

The scholarship is given to students of selected engineering colleges in India which are IIT Delhi, DTU, IIT Bombay, BIT Mesra, NIT Tiruchirapalli.

• Google Anita Borg Scholarship

The scholarship is given to female undergraduate/postgraduate students who are pursuing studies in the field of science or closely related field based on their academic performance and leadership qualities.

Undoubtedly, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam is one of the best colleges for Engineering , especially CSE and ECE Branch . And no doubt, they follow their schedule correctly, that's also before deadline.

Overall hostel facility provided by Andhra University is very good. Foods provided in the mess are hygienic and also liked by most of the students. Boys hostel is within the campus but girls hostel is just few minutes away from the campus . Hostel remains clean and maintained and in case of rooms , 2-3 students need to share a single room.

In case of communication skills it varies as combination of all types of students are present. So you need to do it accordingly. But if you are truly eagered in improving it, you can do so.

And at last, if you have got a chance to complete your course from this University , you should not leave this opportunity at any cost.

There are millions of apps for android on Play Store and you are free to use any of them if they serve your purpose. There are no exclusive apps that a CSE student should have. It all depends on your usage and area of interest. However, you could try getting a scientific calculator app, RealCalc (also a physical one because you will need it for sure), Apps related to MOOC Courses like Coursera, if you are inclined towards coding then apps such as Enki App, CodeHub, Encode, Mimo etc.

1. Students can’t park their cars inside the campus

2. No mobile phones in the class.
3. Parents are informed if the child has short attendance

4. Ragging or misbehaviour is prohibited

5. Dress code for boys- trousers/pants with Shirt. The sleeves of shirt shouldnt be rolled up and shoes.
for girls- sarees or suits with duppata , no sleeveless aloud.
