It is not a hidden fact that English language has a slightly higher edge over Hindi language(with due respect to Hindi). However it is not a bad thing if you give your BPSC exam in Hindi because in the end what matters is your selection after BPSC exam. So if you are comfortable and fluent in Hindi medium then go for Hindi language.

For electronics engineer to get job in ISRO Candidate should be specialist in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering , radio engineering, and engineering physics.
To do internship in ISR to request your college HOD to submit an application to the the HR officer of program planning and evolution department. The application must contain your academic background and your interest in the specific project of ISRO, and availibility in the internship .
If you have any kinds of experience for internship experience in the field in ISRO it will be beneficial for you to get job as it will be taken as a reference.

see there is no good coming thinking about the past. so if you are an engineering student, you would get opportunity to participate in many challenging programs which held by MNCS like accenture, infosys, IBM, microsoft etc. also IITs, nits has yearly tech fest organized where students have to give presentation for innovative projects . so there is lot of things to do and while going through many challenging competition , you have to decide in which way you want to make career, whether you want to do higher study or go for job. Another thing is there is GATE and IES exam which is who competitive exam where engineering students may apply. based on gate score you may get job in PSUS like Indian oil, power grid, ntpc etc , admission to m.tech program in iits, iiits , nits is based on g gate score. IES i.e Indian engineering services exam, based on ies score candidates are recruit as officers for the services to the technical functions/ engineering filed under the Government of India.

Salary will increase according to one's experience, so as a fresher it may be low . Moreover , the salary will depend on company and location you work in ,for example salary range in metropolitan cities will be higher than other states ,so if you pass out from a premium institute where the placements are good, you will get into a good company with a good initial salary pack.
