Hi Aspirant,

There is no fee concession for economically weaker section. However there is a scholarship option available on tutition fees. If you are good ranker in top 33 than you will get 90% scholarship on tutition fees, rank is from 33 to 66 then 75% amd rank is from 67 to 132 then 50% on tutition fee. However no scholarship or discount on hostel fee.

do all engineering students study same subjects in the 1st year in Karnataka? if yes then can you please tell the subject and where can I study them online?

Mayank Chowdhary 27th Aug, 2020

Yes all the engineering students may it be from computer science, mechanical, civil or electrical have same subjects for the first year of engineering. The subjects are general related to all field and having just the basics in it.

For studying them online, I guess subjects like mathematics, physics, and chemistry, you can just buy the books and keep reading and practising them and for the ones that you don't understand you can find the videos on YouTube accordingly searching for topics and watching the most recommended videos. The first year is comparatively easy as physics chemistry and maths is much of the one that we have studied in our 10+2.

Best wishes. Thank you.

Every student in 1st year of engineering study the same subjects in 1st and 2nd semester. Only few subjects are changed, but others remain the same. the 1st year is divided into 2 semester. One is Physics semester and other is Chemistry semester where you have to study Physics and Chemistry respectively. Also, coding is introduced in 1st year. Some colleges teach Python, some C++, some C. It depends on the college. Other subjects which students study are same, but there may be changes in the syllabus.

why so many engineering students go for MBA?

nishant sharma 22nd Jul, 2020

Hello Student ,

The main reason is the problem of this country which does not offer higher salary as education has become business , the more you study the more you will and then the more they will give you !

Despite of all these things , there is also  -

° Social conception - Many students still have no idea once finishing engineering so they just do whatever their senior did , or what they think is cool

° Business ideas to Enterprenurships

°Faliure in expectation of in current job .

° Money - As MBA offers high salary . Most of the students ambition for High Pay PACKAGE .

I hope it will clear your doubt !
