You will be provided with English and Kannada (question paper medium).As per the guidelines ,if a candidate chosen for regional language will be provided with a Bilingual Test Booklet in their chosen language and english .And you chosen kannada ,it will be only available in the examination

yes. there are changes in pattern of CLAT from the next exam like reduction in he number of questions and more comprehensive questions. and Removal of legal aptitude section has not been confirmed yet.

I do not think these changes neccessarily prove beneficial to students who are  better in English.

Yes, English is used by professors for teaching in Ranchi University,  actually there are many colleges under Ranchi university and in all the colleges english is used for teaching but teachers do speak in hindi as well while teaching , mostly while explaining concepts,  so in general
