If you are completed your graduation with English literature then as per my opion you go through the marketing/Human resources because I hope your communication is great with management skills but might be you are not good in finance because you are from literature and marketing ,HR is suitable for you .

Mostly in finance the are go through the deep analysis of business development analytics, finance ,payroll etc... but you i hope you had not familiar with this things .

So Marketing and HR is good carer option for you .

There are different types of exams which you will have to give like GRE, TOEFL etc to take admission in US,UK,Canada etc. There are some universities which wont require the marks of these exams for granting you admission but most universities do. In India there is just English Honours (English Literature or literary studies come under English Honours in BA Hons). If you tae english honours your base will become stronger for you to qualify TOEFL and IELTS with a better score.
